When it pertains to health care finance all of the roles are important and needed for an organization to remain successful. In health care management there are several key positions. They include finance, the chief financial officer (CFO) and the controller these two positions work directly with the finance and accounting aspects for a company. The CFO generally oversees everything while the controller is in charge of ensuring payments are made and the company stays in compliance. Managers assist with the budget but are primarily responsible for ensuring that productivity remains where it should making sure that the company remains profitable. I experienced this first hand when my nephew got burned in a house fire.
