Both proposals have good points. Proposals one and two are all about how to have a fundraiser. These proposals are both well thought out, but the best proposal is the second one, the second proposal has previous experience doing it and they know it will be a success while the first proposal they have never done before and would be taking a chance, everyone loves a car wash and having a clean car but not everyone enjoys reading or wants to buy a book that they will most likely never read, and it is something that teenagers could volunteer for and get involved in. These proposals have very similar ideas and how to accomplish them. Identically, both proposals have specific ideas that will help raise money. Similarly, ideas for the fundraiser are offering to sell something, for one it is a car wash and for another it is books. For example, one is wanting to sell books while the other is wanting to wash people’s cars for money. Proposal number one has a cost for what they would sell the books, but proposal two has a price for what they would wash cars and have an idea of how successful it would be and how much money they could potentially make based on prior experiences. As much as everyone likes reading many more people like having a clean car. In the second proposal they mention getting local teenagers to sign up and help whereas in the first proposal they did not mention who would be in charge and helping out at the library. The first proposal is a huge inconvenience for people who don’t have the time to get out of their car and start looking for books, whereas the car wash is something that people can do on their way to work or on their way to their child’s soccer game, it would take much less time for a car wash than to get out and look for a book you want to
