Religion is a system to see what good looks like in ourselves. This good look is reflected in all features of life. African Americans can also refer to as Black Americans or Afro Americans. In African American culture, religion is the sun around which all things tend to rotate. In this culture, religion influences both ministers and musicians, actor and activists, and influences them all exclusively. African American people run-through religious customs, join religious services, and believe that the Bible is the word of God. Black seniors believe that religion delivers peace during stress. African American caregivers see God as a source of support. Black people use different sorts of resources to meet their everyday requirements such as prayer, the Bible, and the church. These people hold belief in God and prayer to be health defending actions and they prefer to take part in organized religious events, such as going to church and praying to God. Moreover, church plays a critical role in African American people's lives. God is seeing as a deliver from unfair pain and the relief in times of suffering.
