In Greek mythology Athena is the goddess of wisdom, due to her intelligence and fairness. The Greek goddess of Athena is usually portrayed as one of the strongest god’s in Olympia. Representing the god of wisdom, gods were fascinated with Athena; her intelligence gave wisdom to mortals and immortals. She gained her wisdom from her mother Metis and intelligence from her father Zeus. She won many wars by giving advice and using her intelligence and wisdom to outsmart enemies. Her decisions were well considered, highly ethical, and motivated, Athena was frequently called in to settle disputes because of her fairness. Her decisions were a demonstration of her wisdom and power.
