What is a teamwork? That is a great question: what is teamwork and how is it used in everyday life? Teamwork is collaborating with a group or individuals working towards a common goal. Teamwork is where many people with different skills come together to complete a project. Teamwork is used in many places in school, work, and even sports. You must all work together to get something done.

How is teamwork important in my future? When I get older I would like to be an anesthesiologist, which is a very complex and mind-filled job. You are working with a team to get the person to sleep and get the surgery done before they wake up. It takes a team and everyone must work together to make sure the person is safe and cared for. We must all talk as a team and determine whether it is safe or not safe to put the person under. We are not just working with other anesthesiologists, we are working with nurses and surgeons to get the job done so we must stay on schedule to be on time. You have to trust each other to do what each of us is in charge of. So if one of us is late we are all going to be delayed and that day will be off schedule which will cause many problems. With all of that, we have to trust one another to make the right choice and what will benefit the patient. We must put our beliefs aside and just see the patient for the person they are and we can not let someone die just because they don't believe in the same things as we do. So we must trust everyone from the start and make sure your team is being kind, nice and caring to the patient. Teamwork is the answer to success. There are just some things that you can't do on your own that come with a lot of things. You can't perform heart surgery with only one person; you need other people watching and guiding you through and helping with your needs. You have to trust and work together to know and make sure that when you need something, those people will be there and know what they are doing.
