On 05/15/2018 at about 0135 hours, Officer Dalara (P#2417) and I were dispatched to 4767 Big Draw Drive in reference to a battery that had occurred between two roommates.

Upon our arrival, we were met by a Hispanic male adult identified as Rafael Neres-Lopez and Hispanic female adult identified as Mari De'Souza. Lopez who only spoke Portuguese and a little Spanish stated he and his roommate Kleber Pershun-Felix had gotten into an argument that turned physical. Lopez stated he punched Felix in the face because Felix was pulling on Lopez's shirt and yelling at him. Lopez went on to say that he and Felix began to hit one another and were wrestling on the ground. Lopez stated De'souza separated him and Felix and Lopez told De'Souza he would move out to avoid any further issues. Lopez refused medical attention. …show more content…
Felix Corroborated Lopez's statement of the argument turning physical. Felix state he had been drinking before the argument occurred. Feliz stated he grabbed Lopez by the shirt and that is when Lopez punched him in the face. Felix stated he hit the ground and he and Lopez began to wrestle before De'Souza separated them. Felix went on to say that after De'Souza separated them he went into his bedroom. Felix state he tried to exit his room but was unable to do because De'Souuza held the door closed. Felix stated he punched the door multiple times in order to get out and in doing so caused serval vertical scratches on his right arm.
