life is about going through trials and tribulations and learning how to overcome many hardships and to become a stronger person. Brand New Me by Charlotte Crosby is a perfect definition of triumph over sadness which aligns with my life.
Comparing yourself to others is today's new norm that we face in present society. Social media is at its all-time peak and cyberbullying is also something that has become a very prominent issue in the last few years and has even become a struggle that many celebrities deal with. Reality tv star and bestselling author Charlotte Crosby has had her fair share of cyber bullies and believe it or not life may look glamorous on a picture on Instagram but behind the pictures on social media there still lies a person.

During Charlottes time on Geordie shore and having the constant pressure to look a certain way for the public she started to gain weight due to the constant consumption of alcohol and junk food. This is a passage from Charlotte's book Brand New Me describing her challenge with body dysmorphia. “Body dysmorphia must be a thing. I've been reading about it and loads of other people have felt like this. I have got to the point where I hate looking at myself and I think I'm fat and I can't imagine feeling like that ever again.
