One phone call can do a lot of damage like hearing you owe money or your mother just died in a bus accident. The only things going through your mind right now is… NO! THIS CAN’T BE TRUE! HOW,WHY! And all you want to do is just see your mother. And you don’t want to accept that she is gone but she is. Like how sal tries to forget about her mom, but she can’t because her mom will also be a part of her for the rest of her life. Sal doesn't want cry every time she hear about phoebe mom because her mom was in a bus accident and died. And sal thinks by helping phoebe with her mom problem maybe her mom would come back or the same thing won’t happen to her mom.
