Have you ever thought about how characters change in a book. This happens from internal and external forces. In the book walk two moons by Sharon Creech there are many forces that change Sal in this novel.

One way an internal force changed sal is when she figured out that her mom died. How this changed her is it made her sad because for all that time she was hoping her mom would come home to her, but she figured out that her mom was never coming back. I know this because on page. 264-265 it said “ I am still jealous that phoebe’s mother came back and mine did not. I miss my mother.” Also on page. 241 it said “it was painful to talk with her, I even cried in front of her, bet afterward I understood why my father liked to be with her.”
