Throughout history the debate whether Columbus was a hero or villain has been widely controversial. In my eyes I see Christopher Columbus mostly as a villain, not only did he enslave and kill many natives for their gold and his own good. He also treated them as inferior and worthless. With all of this in mind, I cannot see how someone would think Christopher Columbus as an overall good human being.
