Many outside influences impact Romeo and Juliet’s actions. Their families played a big part in it. They did not like each other so that made Romeo and Juliet hide their marriage, which led to Juliet faking her death to be with Romeo and so she didn’t have to marry Paris. Friar Laurence played a big part in their actions as well. Maybe if he had told someone that they were married things would be different, he was a respected adult and they were dumb teenagers who believed they were in love. Balthasar and Friar John had an impact on Romeo and Juliet’s death. Friar John was not allowed to leave because he was in quarantine, so Balthasar went to Mantua to tell Romeo Juliet had died. So since Friar John couldn’t get to Romeo in time to tell him
