Mom (Jennifer) and dad (Kevin) were arrested in Florida on 11/19/17. Mom was at a hotel and the staff notice she appeared intoxicated with children in her care. They contacted law enforcement (Steve Newman) and mom was sent for medical evaluation. Upon release from the hospital she was transported to jail for 2 counts of child neglect and disorderly intoxicated. She had a blood alcohol level of 1.46. She is due to see the judge at 3:00 or 3:30 today, 11/20/17. Dad was arrested in Polk County earlier in the day before mom was arrest for a domestic violence incident between him and mom. The children witnessed the incident between mom and dad. There is no known harm to the children because of the situation. Dad has custody of the
