In the 1937 dystopian book, Anthem, it is a sin to think that one individual is better, or more superior than the others. In the book, Anthem, all men are equal, and those who think otherwise will be imprisoned in the Palace of Corrective Detention. But there is one man that thinks that no one else dare to think. That one man, Equality 7-2521, has chosen to think what others dare not to think, and he is aware that it is a sin. He has chosen to go in a direction that no other will go.
