Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine several issues regarding veterans’ homelessness. The goal of this paper is to end homelessness among veterans in the city by ensuring all veterans and their families have access to affordable housing and to connect veterans with available resources and supportive social services that promotes independence and well-being.

Introduction:
Ending Veteran Homelessness has been a priority of a city manager, planner and council members of Rosenberg in the U.S. state of Texas, within Houston, the Woodlands, and Sugar Land metropolitan. Definition of Homeless Veteran:
The definition of homeless veteran according to title 38 of the United States Code is “a veteran who is homeless” (Section 103(a) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Act). The following section also discuss about the meaning of veteran and homeless.
A Veteran: He is a person who served in the active military service, air force and naval, and who was discharged therefrom under circumstances other than dishonorable. In honorable and dishonorable discharges VA (Veteran Administration) may make a character of discharge determination about a veteran’s eligibility for their well-being.

• Living in temporary housings such as transitional accommodations and hotel lodgings funded by charitable organizations or government entities.
• Walking out from an institution such as a prison or hospital after a long stay and having lived in an emergency accommodation, which is not meant for human inhabitation.

Meeting the purpose of veterans’ homelessness:
The purpose of this paper is to provide a framework to ensure alignment of focus on the vision. The community partnership along with the given resources and commitment of the private and public partners will eliminate Veterans homelessness within 3 years. As a result, learning more about this Veterans centric developmental programs and partnerships can help them and their families find homes.
