REPORT IS ENTERED AS RESTRICTED ACCESS DUE TO THE FATHER BEING AN ELECTED OFFICIAL IN TUNICA COUNTY. PER REPORTER: Tunica County CPS won't here what the children have to say about what's going on. The father has custody of the children and they live with him. They are currently in Louisiana with the mother. Mom was/is supposed to return them on yesterday, today, or before school starts back. Reporter wants someone to hear the children face to face. Reporter stated she was told to get help from Louisiana. Mom is in the process of moving from Tunica so the father can't find her. Mom said she doesn't want to bring the children back until someone here what's going on. Mom stated if the county agrees to speak with the children one on one without …show more content…
The children reported that the step-mother whips them and curses them out. She doesn't do it around the father;she waits until he leave. The children are saying all types of stuff according to the mother. Chasidy reported that the step-mother treats her daugter (Henry) different. Henry is the father's child. The sister (Henry) wentto the dentist but Chasidy wasn't taken and she was complaining about her teeth hurting. It was stated that the little sister (Henry) gets this and gets that but they can't. Anthony said the step-mother and father were arguing the other day and step-mom told them don't think because me and your dad arguing don't mean I won't beat the sh*t out of ya'll. Chasidy said their bruises have faded away. They reported that they get in trouble for nothing. Anthony said the step-mother came in the room and said I will break all the games for no reason. She will tell lies on them so the father will whip them. Mom called the father to talk with him about the concerns. He said that Chasidy is too grown and mom said she's still a child.
