How would you feel if in 100 years, everything you know know was forgotten by generations living then? This is just one of the versions of what is happening in the book Fahrenheit 451 and in society today. The theme is that sometimes, when people are used to what they grew up with, they forget what came before them, this is proven in both the book and in an article by the New York Times. The article, “Move Over, Millennials, Here Comes Generation Z” written by Alex Williams, the main idea of the article is that Generation Z is becoming the most technology-ridden generation and forgetting what life was like before them. People have forgotten that that once a long time ago the firemen used to put fires out and not start them. They are too educated and brainwashed by the government and society on that concept, they don't know what to believe.
