On July 22nd me and some of my friends from my soccer team got to be ball boys for FC Cincinnati. Before we got on the field we waited outside the tunnel the guest team drives into which is not that far away from Nippert Stadium which is where they play. Me and my team got neon green shirts that said ball boy. We walked into the stadium and the other team’s bus came through.
Before we went out on the field we had to sit down on the bench and wait for about a half hour or so. Then me and my team went on the field and they announced us. Then we walked around the field and the worker told us about our posts, me and my friend Ryan had the FC Cincinnati’s side the first half behind the goal. We don’t get any food just bottled water.

The guy working yelled,”FIVE MINUTES TILL HALF TIME! COME ON OUT” We were still really hungry.
The start of the second half was exciting, in the first five minutes or so we scored. The player who scored meged the keeper his name was Miller. Somebody from the crowd yelled out,”The secret ingredient in Miller Light is NUTMEG!” Then The bailey which is where all the huge fans of FC Cincinnati go. They started to yell at me for giving Miller the ball. Some lady that sounded like a man yelled,”I’ll drop down $10 if you don’t give him the ball” At about the 87th minute there was another strike lighting. We pretty much did the same thing as before bottle flipping in the bathroom, complaining about hunger, and waiting. After about another half an hour of waiting we got back to our posts. My mom yelled out,”LANDON! Come over here” I did and she gave me some pretzel and sprite. It felt really good in my belly. The game started back up. We stole the ball and scored a spectacular goal.
