Throughout history there has been many revolutions, but why? The French Revolution is one of the most historical revolutions in time for humans, that not only tells why they occur but also displays how is goes. The French Revolution would have; many causes, events and historical people, but would also achieve at the same time fail the original National Assembly and Third Estate aims. The French Revolution would be caused by many crucial factors. A major component in the French Revolution would be the social classes of the old regime, where there was no equality for everyone. First of all the Revolution would start from the Estates General of 1789 when all three estates would meet for a meeting of change. The Storming of the Bastille was one of the major events to ever have happened in the revolution. Furthermore, the Storming of the Bastille was a day when more than 800 Parisians rallied outside a medieval fortress called the Bastille on July 14, 1789, in which they demanded weapons, however, the commander opened fire on the group which led to a battle. Anyhow, this would lead to the March on Versailles which many women would march from Paris to the Palace of Versailles for the demand of bread to feed their family. The king at the time, King Louis XVI would eventually appeal to their needs and agree to divide up bread to all women that were a part of the march but on the next day the king and his wife Marie Antoinette would become prisoners to their own people and soon be murdered. The Reign of Terror caused by the Committee of Public Safety which was administered by Maximilien Robespierre spawned the execution of over 40,000 people, who were assumed to be against the revolution with little to no evidence. Robespierre would also cause the Republic of Virtue which he attempted to erase all traces of the 2nd and 3rd estates.
