Friendship- the state of being friends, this is one word to describe Freak the Mighty. Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick is about how big of a chunk friendship plays a role in your life. Also it shows how strong a bond can get between one another. One character that stands out in the story is Freak also known as Kevin because even with his disabilities he refuses to let it bring him down.
