In Lincoln's speech how does he explain how all men are equal and how he controls two divided country's. In the Gettysburg Address, Lincoln wants to change what his readers believe about what it mean to be dedicated to the American idea that "All men are created equal." He accomplishes this by his speech of How all men are equal during the civil war.

"All men are equal" . My cited evidence is "We have come to dedicate a portion of that field as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live". This evidence explains how Lincoln expresses how he says after the civil war they go to the last resting place.
