The Center for Professional Excellence class Cpp 299 has helped me evaluate who I am as an individual, my morals, values and what I specifically look for in a job using my needs and wants. Mrs. Killian has used numerous activities and test that explains more in depth of our identity. The Holland Theme Code was one of the test we had done in the Ready or Not book. An example of this in my life was being a part of a program in High school called Step-Up Women’s Network which was motivated in helping others based on your grade level, encouraging, and the environment was actually very supportive and relationship-based. I’ve also noticed that where ever I have freedom to innovate that’s where I work the best. For example, being in a choir restricts my voice and what I can do with the song whereas singing in church or for a talent show gives me the liberty to do as I wish, to make the song my own. Strengths for this type would be people, innovation, new projects, and freedom. While my weaknesses would be uninspired routines, picking too many projects, easily bored from a project, and needs to learn to finish a project when started on it! All of these are true about my personality and how I deal with
