Voyagers from England of the Virginia company came to what we now know as America to settle, in search for gold and fame. These voyagers arrived to America in 1607 and created a colony called Jamestown, unfortunately the settlers faced many challenges that killed a majority of their population. They had many reasons for their strife, such as disease, weather, and Indian attacks.
