It can show the morals and ethics that one has, and the way that they interact with the world around them. I have maintained a job for over a year working at Red Robin as a line cook. Since becoming a line cook, it has taught me so many skills that I would have never thought I would have or have learned. It has taught me how to become useful with my time and learn the importance of time management, with the rush of the kitchen there is rarely any time to ever have a break. Also working there has taught me the importance of accountability, when messing something up it is very important to own what you have done. By taking a chance to become a line cook, it has developed me into a person who can manage their time and how to own up to the mistakes I have made.
