After taking the general awareness and attitude scale, i realized that my beliefs, attitude, behaviors are influenced my my culture, environment and interactions with people over time. My biases was neutral . At work,l follow the rule that to understand and better care for your patient, try to understand their concept of health, and culture in order to provide care. We are all foreigners in the eyes of some of our patients, but the moment we are able to ask them how they say hello in their language if is not English, or what does their culture say about health, it most times break the ice and helps
