Personal Narrative-Back In High School

Back in Oregon I was happy to be there. Sure during the time I stayed there it would always rain there until the summer but I was still happy there. I had great friends, I was going to a new and fun school and it was great. But then one day I was forced to move away from there near the end of the school year. When I knew I was moving I was so sad to move away from my friends and they would probably miss me as much as I would miss them.

I remember very well how it happened; like it was yesterday. It was becoming the last few days of 4th grade for my time in Edy Ridge Elementary. I was doing well in my classes and I had great friends and teachers that liked me back. Each grade hall would represent a different wildlife. The 3rd grade hallway represented the prairie and the 4th grade hallway represented the rainforest. I hardly had any trouble in my classes and my mom was proud to see me doing well in class. Once 4th grade for me was coming to a close I was ready to take on 5th grade.

I went to my friends and told them what was happening. They were all sad to see me off, but they understood. I saved one friend for last whose name is Cody Hyde. When I won a pizza party on my last day of school, I asked Cody if he wanted to go as a goodbye party and he said yes.
During the pizza party I was able to say goodbye to Cody as well as the other people who won the pizza party. After that my time to leave was there. I got on the school bus, went home, packed up the next 2 days, then we moved away from Oregon to California. Even though I was forced to move after I got accustomed to the area I was now living in and even though it was not as good as there or where I live now I still had some fun in my past house. When I look back on that I sometimes get sad about it, but I also have fond memories my old friends and I feel happy to have great friends as the ones I made in
