The most shocking part for me was when I finally started to come out of the depression. Those three months felt like forever and I can barely remember the events that happened, but I finally felt like I could breathe and I was crying tears of relief. I felt and still feel so damn free. I never want to feel the way that I felt, but I always feel terrified that I'm going to slip back into depression again.

So on August 24th of this year, I went and talked to my physician , who TOOK ME SERIOUSLY, she was very concerned for me and wanted to know everything. She diagnosed it as a Major Depressive Episode. She has me on a plan where I am supposed to exercise every day and meet with a counselor on campus.Because it was only one episode she doesn't
