In this assignment, you will research the position of a crime analyst with a police department. Describe the duties and responsibilities associated with the job, qualifications, and salary. The position that I found was a Criminal analyst position at CGI in Washington, D.C. The position is full time, but does not have a salary listed. In order for the applicant to get the job, they need to be able to successfully complete a CGI Background Investigation, which includes criminal, education, employment, credit and driving records checks from all 50 states. They must possess a Department of Justice moderate risk public trust and, preferably, active Secret or Top Secret clearance (CGI 2015).
