The significance of School Lunches Recently schools have reduced the accessibility of school lunches. Whether it be over removing free lunch programs or making sure you bring a packed lunch from home. This is a damaging choice since for some kids this is the only meal they ever receive, or the only healthy option they have for nutrition. In fact, we have all seen or even been that kid who never has food because they don’t have anyone at home who can even provide for them. Which is why school lunches help with that, so no kid goes hungry or feels like they’ll never have enough food. Not to mention that school lunches have been proven to reduce various health concerns. Which is why it’s important to highlight these elements.
