During 200 CE and 600 CE the fall of empires were similar in that they suffered from poor leadership and the outbreak of epidemic diseases. To begin with, the Han dynasty and Roman empire are alike in that both suffered from poor leadership and the outbreak of epidemic diseases. During 200 CE and 600 CE the Hans and Romans faced poor leadership. Near the end of the Han dynasty the imperial government encountered the development of factions, whose members sought to advance their position in the government. The development of factions caused constant infighting and backstabbing among ruling elites. During the fall of Rome the empire had many short lived rulers there were at least twenty-six emperors most of them were generals who seized power for themselves. …show more content…
