The author of this novel is Ayn Rand the book is about boy who lives in a world that is trying so hard to make it a utopia it turns to a dystopia.The government wiped all technology.The main character ,Equality 7-2521, knows something it missing.
The theme not to go along to get alone ,but to fight against the authority.To start a rebellion and come out on top.

The setting of Anthem reflects the novel, because the mood it sets is dull and gloomy and bare. It constantly states “white and bare and clean of all things save one hundred beds.” This shows that there is no distinct way to be your self.
You get the felling that there is not much color and happiness. It relates the fact that everyone is “one”.The setting is in a futuristic world
