On the other hand, there been a dramatic suspense of sins. In the novel “A Good Man Is Hard to Find” demonstrates the suspense of a man. It became unknown that there was a killer on the loose in Florida from the experience of the grandmother. The history of the man who was in the village was a story that was told by the grandmother to her grandchildren. She has witnessed the killer broke into an unexpected house who didn't belong to him As the scene begins to ominous the grandmother alarmed by the action of this man. The reaction of the grandmother was not calling for help or curious about the killer she, instead, was absurd that she did not pay attention to the mystery. A short novel called “The Life You Save May Be Your Own”, symbolizes an image of nature. To summarize, it was about a man named “Tom Shiflet” who was physically injured by his arm, he had a half-arm missing. He then meets a family of two both named “Lyncell Carter” who is the daughter and mother, who had lost their father/husband. Furthermore, he is notified that the girl has a symptom who later marries her. This has a connection to the author's father and herself because they both had a syndrome. They both had died from brain lupus. The relationship between the daughter and father was a great bonding that she wrote about both their illness. In the end of the story Tom abandoned her and leaves her behind. Considering Tom has a car lend from Lyncell Carter and goes off and finds a hitchhiker in the road. Who then enter the same car as Tom was in and starts talking about his mother being “An angel of Gawd”. In result the savage hitchhiker tells Tom “You go to the devil” twice which makes an impact to the author because she (herself) was angry that she’s been left alone in
