The Holocaust was a very horrible act against the Jews and it was carried out by the Nazi’s. The Holocaust consisted of very horrible acts done onto the Jews, such as, killing them, working them to death, and even beating them. The Nazi party was led by a man named Adolf Hitler. There was an estimated 6 million Jews killed during the holocaust and this consisted of men, women, children. The Holocaust took place during World War 2 in 1940-1945. The Holocaust was responsible for taking many Jews lives away just because one man named Adolf Hitler believed that the Jews were causing all of Germany’s economic problems. Hitler became Germany’s leader on August 3, 1934. Hitler believed that the Jews were causing all of Germany’s economic problems therefore he believed that he had to get rid of them. His plan was to send them to work camps that eventually turned into death camps. …show more content…
The Nazi’s used several different method’s such as gas trucks, mass shootings, and eventually the gas chamber. The Nazi’s built chambers in the death camp and they were loaded with Jews and then the German’s poured Zyklon B gas into the chamber which killed all of the Jews. The Nazi’s would also line the Jews up and shoot them, then they would take the Jews and burn them or put them into a mass grave. Another way that the Jews died was because the Nazi’s very rarely fed the Jews so they would starve to death. Diseases also played another very big factor in the death of many Jews.
