Abortion is one of the most discussed topics that cause controversy in society today. What is abortion? Abortion is a medical or surgical procedure that ends a pregnancy. People who are highly against abortion believe that it is consider a sin. On the other hand there are people who stand by abortions. Abortion is about allowing woman the right to make choices about when they want to have children in relation to their age, financial stability & relationship stability. It is the not the place of government to legislate against woman's choices.
Raising a child is not an easy task and it requires financial support. Many adults or even teenagers who are pregnant might have been consumed mistakenly; therefor the baby was not intentionally wanted. Roe v. Wade is a court case that changed the state Texas forever. Roe v. Wade is the historic Supreme Court decision overturning a Texas interpretation of abortion law and making abortion legal in the United States. The government is speaking from a political and financial point but coming from a women’s point of view; they will have to think about their income, home, and baby care. So what if, a women who is not ready for a this huge responsibility is not allowed abortion. The soon to be born child will live in poverty with very little care. The child will live in a miserable life. Abortion gives couples the option to choose not to bring babies with severe and life-threatening medical conditions to full term. We get right to life, liberty & pursuit of happiness when we are born. An undeveloped child does not have these rights until it is born therefor abortion is not
