Some schools do not us use the typical grading system some are focused on homework, tests, and quizzes. Others use long term assignments and is graded after you finish it . In my opinion i would rather have long term assignments for multiple reasons. I would like it because teachers would have it easier for things such as kids having time for their work, they won't struggle as bad as they would with test, and they have a higher chance to pass.

If teachers used this grading system it would be better .Teachers that give out less work tend to be alot better. For the student less work means they can concentrate more on what they are working on other than something else.kids that have a worksheet and they have a week to work on it chances are they will do good on that because all their focus is on that one worksheet and not a lot. Because adding more work tends to confuse a kid.

Kids struggle when they have a ton of work to do at once. More than half the kids in the world can't do a lot and can do one thing a time. Kids feel like there rushed when they have things to work on and sometimes overwhelmed with a lot of work. In my opinion that's why i think there are ieps because kids can't keep up with the work today like the others can. Because some kids feel like they work hard and it seems like more work is being thrown at them

Kids would have a higher chance to pass the classes if they have the grading systems teachers benefit of it too. If a kid has a higher chance to pass then the teachers get more money. If the workload was decreased there would be a big change in grades. A Lot of kids try some don't but its not fair to the kids who are and sometimes kids are to afraid to even ask for help because the teacher will get mad at them. So kids get stressed on and lose the desire to work again but if they have one worksheet it should be easier on
