Benefits of Walking Barefoot
Since the beginning of time humans have changed and adapted, we’ve changed to make our lives simpler and easier, almost with no thought of what we leave behind in the past. As humans we’ve gone from loincloths and bare feet, to tuxedoes and shiny black shoes. We’ve changed because the world around us is constantly changing, but some of the things we’ve left behind with this change might be worth bringing back, not for the style but for our health. Many of the world’s health problems are results of our insistence to change, one thing we can do to improve our own health can be obtained by just walking barefoot for short periods of time each day. Walking barefoot for just a short amount of time each day has been shown to have multiple health benefits such as greater circulation, decreased blood pressure, strengthen weak ankles and feet, and reduce inflammation.

Left uncontrolled, you may wind up with a disability, a poor quality of life or even a fatal heart attack.” So how do we reduce our own blood pressure to help insure that we don’t suffer from these things? Yes you could take medication and fill your body with drugs to counter high blood pressure.
