Bullies are all the same and act the same way, like a child that gets amusement from picking on someone different than themselves. They have a tendency to share many characteristics, including being bigger than their target and acting as they do in a group and never individually.
One thing that most bullies, if not all, share with each other is the fact that they pick out targets that are smaller than them. Rarely would one come across a bully that is smaller than the person they are picking on. Bullies like to feel “big and bad”, so they will single out that one person that is the perfect target and is also smaller than them. The only time someone may see a bully smaller than the bully’s victim is when the victim is an overweight, or above
