The worst terrorist attack that ever happened on 9/11/01 in New York City. The terrorists were Al-Qaeda. One of the worst terrorist groups in the world. The leader was Osama Bin Laden. He was a bad man. After 9-11 he was targeted by every military agent in the United States. He was later found and killed in his own country. Let's see how this all started. It all started when four planes were hijacked. The plane was hijacked by 29 people of Al-Qaeda (A terrorist group). The first plane left in California. It was hijacked. On the plane was 33 passengers. The first crash was the worst. Two planes were hijacked and were flew to New York City. They were headed straight for the Twin Towers AKA the world trade center. The first plane crashed straight into the side of the Twin Towers. Then the second plane came and did the same thing. After a while …show more content…
They were one of the worst terrorist groups of all time. The leader and the person that was responsible for 9-11 was Osama Bin Laden. He was very wanted by the US and after the 9-11 attacks he went back to his home country where he could hide and not be found in America. Since he went back to his country the US was forced to go in there and try to find him which would probably start a war. They didn’t care because the US was much bigger than his home country of Pakistan. The Military found him in a home that was barricaded by a huge wall. It was very dark and no one could see so they were just shooting everyone. So when they killed him they didn’t even know.

After 9-11 they wanted to rebuild the places that got destroyed so about a year later they did. Starting with the twin towers. Since the day of 9-11 we have been super protective of terrorist attacks. Mostly they guard the airport the most because of the hijacking that caused it all. The attacks on the twin towers will never be forgotten. So always keep in mind of the people and their families that were injured and died in
