Bilbo Baggins In The Hobbit

Have you ever done something that felt strange? Like it was unique or not common coming from you. Where you are feeling like you’re a different person living inside of someone one else. The same goes for the young adventurer named Bilbo Baggins, a little Hobbit who has had countless amounts of strange hiccups. In J.R.R Tolkien's novel The Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins is forced to go on an adventure. Even though Bilbo seems aghast by the magical beings, he still achieves task that would take guts. Bilbo encounters a few roadblocks along the way in his journey that seem impossible for a little Hobbit like Bilbo. This being said, Bilbo encounters these strange events:when he became agitated when he overheard the dwarves talk about him, when he pickpocketed the trolls, and when he tried to escape Golem.
In The Hobbit, Bilbo encounters this Tookish or strange side of him when the dwarves doubt his reliability towards the adventure. Bilbo is greeted with a throng of dwarves and Gandalf who speak of adventure. The day progresses on when all the sudden the dwarves decide to sing a tune they have created. Bilbo awakes to find himself in a cave after he blacked out from hitting his head on a rock. He decides to find a way out of the cave he is in, but while he is feeling the ground looking for a way out he finds a ring. Bilbo proceeds through the cave and finds a small lake inside. He begins to hear the sound of rowing boat. The boat hits the ground and out comes a mythical creature named Gollum. When the creature questions Bilbo, it thinks of its most prised possession to only find it is gone. Gollum becomes furious and chases after Bilbo, and instead of Bilbo giving up his Tookish side takes over and he decides to escape. The little Hobbit builds up all his courage to run after Gollum and finally finds a way out of the nasty cave that Gollum lives
