This is how I understand human nature. I think is in our human nature that humans have feelings, as a result, a way to express those feelings is through our emotions. One way to express those emotions is when one lives in pain. This pain can come from different sources either falling down, struck by something, not achieving a goal, past experiences or a loss of a love one. Things I have heard from the news lately is that there exists unique and extremely intelligent people who lack of feelings and emotions, like once Hitler and now Mexican drug lord el Chapo Guzman did. To others is not quite the same. What causes sadness and crying is pain.
One time my dad told me when his brother was a kid that he was very hyperactive. He would do things that would be over the limit. Like for instance, one time when he was playing on the roof, my Grandma told him to get down there or that he was going to fall. My uncle who was very stubborn, did not listen and kept on playing until he finally tripped with his feet

It seems this usually happens during the loss of a love one. I remembered a few years ago when I was watching a gang members movie “Blood in Blood out”. The rivals of the gang killed the leader’s mother. When the leader of the other gang had found out what had happened, he immediately felt a discomfort of sadness that it was because of him why she was dead. He had never had shown his emotions in the open to the public. But for the first time he felt his emotions had softened. He felt a deep pain of sadness and started crying. This was the first time he cried in public, not feeling ashamed of what people might think about him reacting to this particular situation. He remembered that the best moments of his life had been with his mother. A flash of memories came to his mind and he eventually felt a huge pain that he became sad for the rest of his
