CanGo is looking at becoming more productive within their specific demographic. Before doing so they have to make the appropriate actions to encourage the customers to follow through with their orders and expanding to different demographics. Aspire Business Consultants has become aware of six key issues with recommendations that will help provide a solid foundation for future endeavors. These issues cover a range of concerns that ABC strongly suggests will need to be addressed before moving forward.
Issue #1

I would suggest considering a recent graduate from college because they are currently have the highest unemployment rate in the market.
Based off the fact that CanGo is trying to expand and the fact that it appears that Nick is “lacking in value” to CanGo, the termination of this position will provide additional revenue for CanGo’s expansion goals.
Recommendation #4 First they should do an evaluation of Nick’s position to determine if the position is even necessary for the company. If they decide that his position is necessary, they should set up and have a formal counseling session with him. In this session they need to provide their observations and how current work ethic is not meeting their expectations. CanGo should give him a period not to exceed 60 days to get organized, become more focused and to start showing a true desire for CanGo’s best interests. If after the 60 day period there is limited to no improvement I suggest that CanGo terminate Nick’s employment. If they decide that his position is no longer essential to current or future operations, they should provide Nick notice of so that he can prepare to be let go.
Issue #5
The task that Warren gave the improvement team does not seem to be coming along very quickly. Nick apparently is not has not made a sequence of events that will lead to the deliverables
