To identify Company G’s products, it’s appropriate to label them as specialty goods. The product is seen as overloaded compared to a simple vacuum cleaner, making itself distinguished as a higher quality brand. Similar to comparing a Kia against a Lexus car.
Target Market

Company G’s product line was initially unveiled in multiple large retail stores and malls such Walmart, sears and Macy’s in the U.S. The intended target market Company G’s product line is focusing on is middle to upper-class, stay at home American house wives. Consumers who are more likely to stay at home and use the products where it was mainly intended all throughout the day. The list of products Company G produces was aimed to help maintain a clean and effective house.
Competitive Situation Analysis
