There are many different ways of building and getting a better relationship with your peers and co-workers. There are certain types of skills that you need to be able to talk to your co-workers, you need to be able to be there for your team. That means that you are listening to what they have to say and take in the ideas they have. You will also need the skill of communication, communication is key to building a team and most importantly having a successful team. It is also a great idea to get to know the people that are in your group, so that you can relate to them and know what they like and dislike. This activity is another great demonstration to bring your co-workers closer together, it is a game that you play it is a physical team-building activity. The game only last 15-30 minutes, most of the time when people play this it is before a large group discussion or staff function. The whole point of this is to get from point A to point B. while the members that you choose are “stuck” togethers. There are more than one team, but there 5-6 people in each group, you simply are just being restrained by a piece of tape or something that will restrict your movements just enough that it is difficult to move, but they must work together to move from point A to point B. The things you will need is a large space that is clear of anything also mark two locations as A and B. You will also need a roll of tape or band type material that can keep your co-workers together and a timer. (Smith,Jaimie 2012) They will be required to work together to come up with strategies and different ways to get from A to B, they must use their communication skills and put their heads together to get ideas. Then next they will have 5 minutes to discuss how they will attempt this and get the job done. They will time how long it took to get from A to B, then they will regroup and see who was able to achieve the fastest time and who had the best strategy to get done. You must have communication to have a working team and co-worker relationship, having communication skills is not easy it’s extremely difficult to become a great speaker. Speaking with your peers is one of the major keys in building a company you must learn how to give your opinion and being able to listen to others and their ideas. This next game will be a communication game, there is no limit to the amount of people that can play except it is helpful to have an even number on each team For this exercise you will need a large room, chairs, pen and paper. You will write down questions you have about the workplace or even your other co-workers. You will ask the question to the group and then you will discuss the questions and get know about your co-workers. This will improve the relationship and the way you and co-workers speak and talk to each other. There is no time limit on this activity can last from 20-60 minutes. It shows who out of the group gets out and everybody knows about them and it shows who nobody knows about them that much. It is like meeting new people and being there for the ones you can relate
