I have a dog park in my city, and it has had a positive impact on my community. With two sides seperated by fence, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs there has been no issues reported by citizins conserning the dog park.
Busy cities leave miniscule area for dogs to exersise besides a walk around the neighborhood. Exersise and interaction with other dogs is important to a dogs health. If a dog is left at home they could act out by destroying furnature or being agressive twards unfermilliar people and/or dogs. Also, a dog park is good for the people of the city, a dog park is a good place to interact and meet new people.
