Explain Why Teenagers Should Have High School Jobs

High School jobs? Why do teenagers need High School jobs? To be honest, I don't believe that teenagers, should have jobs while also going to High School. So in this essay, I will be giving you my honest opinions as to why I don't believe they should have jobs while going to school.

My first opinion on having a job while going to school, is that I think that we shouldn't have to do that, especially on a school night, because sometimes, we have to go right after school or we have to stay late. When kids our age have to do that, we won't ever get our work, or homework done, and when we don't get things done, we end up doing bad, and our parents would start to get mad, and may even tell us that a job isn't worth it yet, because they would rather

Now, I am going to talk about working maybe part time, and not everyday of the week! Sometimes, I think that it would be the best decision, if kids from the age of sixteen to eighteen, only worked part time. Working part time wouldn't be as hard as working all night, everyday of the week. In fact, I think that it would be good for most teenagers to go and work a little job after school, so that they didn't sit around and do nothing everyday after school. But before you have a part time job, you should talk to your family about the things that could help you. Like for instance, talk about your schedule with your family. Balancing out your school and work is easier with their support. Also, you should start slowly, if it is possible; don't commit to working a lot of hours immediately. You should also avoid time conflicts by planning your class and work schedules as far ahead as possible. Last, but never the least, you should use your time efficiently. For example, if your job has a lot of downtime and your boss has no objection, use slow periods to do your school work, that you need to get done, so that if you wanted to work longer, you could, because you would have all of your school work
