UNICEF estimates that an average of 353,000 babies are born each day around the world. The crude birth rate is 18.9 births per 1,000 population or 255 births globally per minute or 4.3 births every second(“The World Counts;Be fruitful and multiply”).This statement proves that babies are born each and every day, so there will always be a need for doctors and nurses to care for mothers and their children. To prepare for the field of nursing, a future obstetric nurse would have to know what social skills and tasks they need to perform for this occupation, understand the financial benefits of this career, and know what classes to take in college or medical school, so that success can be found in this area.

This well most likely be the easiest part of the process to achieving your goal. “After completing a nursing program, all future nurses go on to take an exam called the NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination) so they can become licensed to practice nursing in their state(Labor and Delivery Nurse)”.This will the be hardest part of the process because this not a easy test,it takes months to prepare for this test like the real exams basically. “Most nurses have earned either an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university(Labor and Delivery Nurse)”. So this means in college you would have major in Labor in Delivery and minor in science in nursing,so you would spend maybe 8-9 years in
