Having HIT strategy plans are very important as well as the organizational plan. Therefore, the strategic plan of HIT must tie closely with the strategy plan of that organization. When determining how to align the two forms of strategies there are two steps involved to mastering a successful notion. To completing the organizational strategies, it should consist of applying HIT strategy one should do so by applying these steps. First by finding a dependably and functional HIT strategy. Secondly, HIT management must identify the importance of dealing with other areas, to acknowledge the bond between, the organization outside sources and HIT. Next each individual leader must choice to place forward work to continuously move in a positive direction when creating objectives and establishing strategies. Most importantly, the leaders of both the organization an HIT team should determine the correct manner to equally divide the liabilities and duties to meeting the final mission. These three aspects are required to successful complete the aligned of having HIT connected within the organizational strategies. Almost every aspect of the health industry requires constant changes, therefore, the HIT strategy should be reviewed and adjusted frequently. This offers the notion of having HIT strategies aligned with the organization strategies by keeping them up-to-date. Constructing an aligned strategy plan can be challenging as opposed to affirming necessities for creating the alignment. With tackling this process, following the six analysis steps, in which the management and the chief information officers should collaborate on.
