Illegal Immigration Arguments

This paper explains key reasons illegal immigration is becoming a problem, I will use research I have found to support both sides of the argument. Illegal immigration is an expanding problem across the United States due to businesses “employing” for less than minimum wage, the increase of drug trafficking coming into the United States, and by women giving birth to anchor babies.
Businesses employing illegal immigrants typically pay them below minimum wage to save the company money. According to Greenhouse with the Washington Post women were more likely to be paid below minimum wage leading to wage violations (Greenhouse, Washington Post). According to Constable with the Washington post “after a peak of births in 2007 being 360,000 decrease in the most recent study done in 2013 being 295,000.” Understanding that mothers are running across the boarders and giving birth to their babies for their children to have a better way in life. The problem we are seeing in different sides of the arguments is at what point to they go back to where they came from, never. One side of the argument states that they come here and give birth to the baby and benefit from getting a job, benefit from public services, taxpaying services (Constable, Washington Post). Trump states in his presidential campaign that he wants to deport all 11 million people who are in the country illegally (Constable, Washington Post). It gets harder because once the baby has adapted to life in America and has learned English it is hard for them to go back to where their mothers or parents have come from because it is a very different lifestyle. Illegal immigrants are a ongoing problem across the United States from drug trafficking affecting crime rates how they are only deported once found and that they should be charged as if they were American citizens so maybe the crime of drug trafficking will decrease as well as use of illegal drugs in the United States. The effect of businesses paying immigrant workers below minimum wage and the effects that has on our taxes as well as the economy. Lastly, women giving birth to anchor babies just across the boarder of U.S. and Mexico; how different arguments are made on how to conclude the problem some saying to deport all illegal immigrants and others saying that by doing that it is unfair to them because they have become adapted to Americas lifestyle therefore, deporting them cause they are trying for a better life is sending a wrong
