Having worked in a team has made me realise how important is team work in nursing. Even though there have been different individual viewpoints in the team, we all have been working together towards a common goal which was to develop the skills of effective team working, communication and professional values in order to increase our chance of employability. In nursing, this spirit of team work similarly relates to all nurses, who share the same attribute of working together to meet the patients’ needs. They also have a common goal, which is to improve patient outcomes. Both the TBL and FTW have been a challenge to each member’s viewpoints in my team but we all have managed to conquer all those challenges positively and enjoyed
