Is a heart disease an inevitable part of growing elder, we have to remember that the heart is a muscle, and like all muscles change with age. All changes in the heart are not certain, but they are changes that inevitable, even on lacks of a disease. For example the heart walls thicken; the heart rates will begin to slow down a little more. Maximum heart rates will decline, When this rate declines, systolic blood pressure rises as the heart works harder to give the body the oxygenated blood it craves. The heart will not pump as efficiently as I would to regularly. Lastly the heart as a muscle will begin to loss its strength. Steps that should be taken every day to increase our heart health is exercising causes to begin the heart to work harder
