1) I am definitely a person who showrooms a lot. Being a college student, I have a lot of expenses that need to be taken care so I have to be very frivolous with my money. If I can get it online for an extra 30% off and even with still having to pay for shipping it is usually still cheaper then it is in stores.

2) Out of all the challenges challenge 6 seems to be, in my opinion, the biggest challenge that Target is facing. It losing out to companies like Walmart because of their price matching system. If you find a lower price for the same product somewhere else Walmart will match the price of the other store and sell it to you at that price. Target is a place where people are going to showroom, in a way, to ensure they're going to get the lowest price at walmart.

3) Target managers set specific sales goals for their company to reach in order to become successful. They use personal connection between consumer and company to offer something that the internet does not. Getting all their questions answered by a professional rather then a robotic answering machine.

4) As a way to combat show rooming Target has teamed up with designers Tory Burch, Lily Pulitzer, and Toms offering designs and patterns only available at Target that you cannot buy anywhere. When the Lily Pulitzer line came out women were fighting each other in stores for these items because normal Lily items sell for a minimum for $80 for a pair of shorts but at target these exclusive designs were going for
